Understanding Ghosts/Spirits

The word paranormal means "unknown" so when experiencing the "unknown" it can be scary as well as confusing to the mind. Here I'll explain in my personal opinion on how to better understand paranormal activity.
Its late at night and you're laying in your bed. The air is still and the house is dark, from the next room you hear a noise that catches your attention. Your mind starts to question everything and explores every possibility. Maybe it was water pipes, or the foundation of your home settling in. It could have been your cat or dog. So you ignore it go to bed, naturally your mind forgets the experience and you continue on with your life. Never did you think it was a ghost or something paranormal. The human mind tries to completely exclude those types of possibilities because we are taught that it is unlogical and nonsense. This is where we start to get ourselves confused.
Over time nothing else happens out of the ordinary or catches your attention. At this point you can rule out paranormal activity. Now this does not mean there isn't a spirit (residual or intelligent) wandering around in your home. Humanity has been around for thousands and thousands of years, thats thousands and thousands of years of death around the world, spirits are everywhere. In my personal belief an intelligent spirit will only make itself known to a person when it wants to communicate, when it wants to be known.
Now lets say the opposite, over time you start noticing the footsteps walking down your hall, the knocks and clicks. You're sitting on your couch watching TV and out of the corner of your eye you see something kinda like a shadow move. Your gut and heart knows it was real but your brain tries to avoid the truth. I was always taught to trust your gut feelings and follow your heart, because the mind can be deceitful. I believe that if you see something then you truly saw it, your eyes forced your mind to see something it does not want to exist.
I believe the same about those who use hallucinogens. When someone consumes hallucinogens they are seeing the world for what its truly made of, all the waves and colors being the energy that the world is created of. Which I believe we are created of as well. There have been thousands of people that report seeing a bright white light when they are near death. Scientists have discovered that when the body faces death the brain releases a surge of DMT (Dimethyltryptamine) and adrenaline which they believe is what has made people see this white light.
Now to others it could seem as only a coincidence that these people see the same light, but to people such as myself its proof. Its proof that there is an energy in our world that we can not see with our own eyes unless it shows itself to us or the brain is forced to open itself up through hallucinogens (I am by no means recommending ANYONE to use any type of mind altering drugs). When the brain is forced to open up we start to accept things we have only ever questioned and start to see things for what they truly are. There are things that we can do without influence to help open ourselves to this energy, such as mediation, research, personal experience with the paranormal, opening yourself up to possibilities.
With all this being explained we can move onto how we are able to hear disembodied voices, catch EVP's (electronic voice phenomena) and how spirits are able to interefere with electronics. To a paranormal investigator ITC Equipment (Instrumental Trans-Communication) is essential in researching the paranormal. The energy that our "souls" or "spirits" are made of and I previously explained has been discovered as being made up of all different forms of EM or Electromagnetic Energy. Electromagentic Energy is found in nearly everything, such as your microwave, your fan, its what allows us to listen to a radio or watch TV. Everything from radio waves to ultra violet and infrared light to gamma.
Paranormal tools such as ghost boxes/spirit boxes, EMF or Electromagnetic Field Detector/Reader and digital recorders are the best thing to use to communicate with spirits. Spirits can use their static energy, their EM Energy to manipulate these devices whether is be to speak words, or so much as increase or decrease the amount of energy being read on an EMF Detector. A spirit box will scan through different and multiple radio frequencies at a very high rate. The theory states that due to the fast changes in frequencies this creates energy of its own and lets spirits to feed off of it, allowing the spirits to speak through the device.
Electronic Voice Phenomena are voices that are can not be heard with our own hears, unless you are listening live through a digital recorder. Spirits can use their energy just as we use ours to speak and when they do the worlds natural EM Energy allows for their voices to be captured. Same with a disembodied voice, a DV is a voice you hear with your own ears. I personally believe in order for a spirit to do this they use alot of energy to do so. Some paranormal investigators have captured videos where they catch an EVP, DV or a loud noise and at the exact same time you can see a spirit manifestation. This is because spirits really do have to use alot of energy to communicate with us and its also why we should not ignore them when they reach out to us. It is no different than you reaching out to a person you really like and you try to give them your everything, you put all of your energy and effort into getting this person to recognize you and appreciate you but they just ignore you. It is the exact same but only easier for us because we have a physical body.
The reason paranormal investigators use infrared and ultraviolent or Full Spectrum cameras is because when a spirit manifests itself, it is using alot of EM Energy to do so and this energy can be reflected by these certain types of lights. Its how orbs, mists and anomalies are captured on video. This energy is also what allows spirits to move physical objects. The way I see it, its just like a lightning strike, its random but only happens when the conditions are right. Like I've said the world and everything in it is made up of its own EM Energy. If a spirit has built up enough energy and there is already a high amount of natural EM energy in the location, room etc, then it could have the chance to move a physical object.
Now onto feeling spirits, have you ever sat in a warm room and had cold chills go up your spine, the hair on your arms and neck stand up and you get bumps all over? If so you have whats called Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity. In the paranormal world we would refer to you as a "sensitive". I personally believe everyone is a sensitive, if the hair on your neck or arm reacts to a balloon being rubbed on it then you are capable of feeling spirits. Now if you're in a haunted location with absolutely no electricity at all and you start to experience any of these symptoms.
SYMPTOMS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC HYPERSENSITIVITY
1. Any type of burning sensation, warming of the skin.
2. Tingling, prickling throughout the body or other described as feeling of going through a spiderweb
3. Dryness of the eyes and back of the throat, becoming hard to swallow
4. Popping in the ears as if in an airplane or swelling of the throat, ears, nose, sinuses with no infectious cause
5. Troubles concentrating, feeling of dizzness, vertigo, feeling of being drunk, and even loss of memory
6. Feeling as if you are coming down with the flu (runny nose, fatigue, fever, chills, headaches, muscle and joint aches, nausea etc)
7. Mouth pains, such as teeth hurt or jaw is sore
8. Your heart is pounding, fluttering, racing
All these things I have personally experienced during investigations and I know many others have too. If you have experienced any of these during an investigation or just in general without any infectious cause or sickness and then you have felt the energy of a spirit and you are a sensitive. The only other way to experience these symptoms of EMH is to constantly be around very high amounts of EM Energy in places like power plants ( genrating station, powerhouse, or generating plant, power station).
Everything in life is energy, the world itself, the words we speak, the act of love, the tears we cry, the TV shows we watch, that song you jam out to. Its all energy, and this world is a giant sponge that just soaks all of it up.
